The Assistant Principal at Rosebery Primary School in the Northern Territory suggested that she would like to involve two senior classes by reading Digger’s Story to them and discussing it with them. The students could then ask questions of the author (Brian Robertson) or make comments about the book on line at our new forum at:

The reading started last week (Tuesday 18 September 2012).

Note: Most of the content from the Digger's Story website has been amalgameted into the Books by Brian website but the forums were not migrated.
More details will be available about how this school activity meshes with the new Australian Curriculum as this reading progresses and this information will be sent to all those registered on the site. It should be of particular interest to primary school teachers.
